Biography
As Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Gail Hastings works very closely with Stephen Hand, Founder and President of our firm. As a team, they strive to provide our producers unique sales ideas and innovative marketing concepts, keeping our business model on the cutting edge of our industry. Gail joined USA Tax & Insurance Services, Inc. in 2005 and has been an extremely valuable resource for our marketing efforts since that time.
A former producer herself, with many years of experience in the financial services industry, Gail approaches marketing from different perspective. Her marketing concepts are developed from a producer’s point of view — and lowering our producers’ marketing costs in every possible way is a top priority for her. As our resident expert on mailings, marketing pieces, and marketing campaigns, Gail monitors what marketing is producing the best results for our offices around the country. Keeping her ear to the ground, she is acutely attuned to industry and corporate marketing trends, and is focused on maximizing the return on our producers’ marketing expenditures.
In addition to her extensive marketing experience, Gail is also an Ed Slott Master Elite Member. Through her ongoing training with this program, she is able to stay current on tax law changes and serve as our go-to expert on qualified monies. She leverages this knowledge to create marketing materials that stay current with the ever-changing tax laws.
