LOYALTY REWARDS
The new Loyalty Rewards Program is a profit sharing bonus program that allows our producers to share in our profits. Based on production levels, as well as tenure, this is our way of giving back to you, our loyal producers. These profit sharing bonuses are over and above the already generous Top 25 Bonus money, and will be paid out annually based on year end profits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum production of 3 million of annuity premium
- Minimum 25K target life
TOP PRODUCER AWARDS
Each year, we provide our Top 25 Producers with a profit sharing bonus. Bonus awards are based on total annual production for the organization and goals achieved with our carriers. Bonuses are pro-rated based on producer ranking at the end of the awards period and paid in the following year.
President’s Rings
Each year, we provide a President’s Ring to producers that write at least $5 Million in production during the Awards period (October 1st – September 30th the following year). These high quality gold rings are available in men’s and women’s styles. In lieu of a ring, producers may choose a beautiful USA pendant. Producers that write over $10 Million in production during the Awards period receive a diamond mounted in the center of their rings.
Reimbursements
For every $500,000, producers receive a $895 marketing reimbursement from USA Tax & Insurance Services, Inc. These reimbursements can be used for direct mail, client appreciation events, participation in community marketing, networking events and more.
