Over a period of 10 years, Steve Hand became extremely successful in our industry, averaging $25 Million per year in personal production as a consistent top producer. He accomplished that using marketing techniques, sales concepts and procedures he perfected during that time. However, the root of his success was his genuine desire to help clients have a financial future free of worry. This is the same thought process that led Steve to develop a program to teach other producers how to duplicate his success.
Many producers asked for his advice and it became his passion to give back to the industry. He recruited a training team to reach out and help producers with potential and the genuine desire to help their clients. This team developed a training format to help average producers transform their businesses to become top producers. He incorporated the territory system so producers would work together and share ideas, and this camaraderie has become the cornerstone of our organization.
Today, USA Tax & Insurance Services is thriving, with hundreds of producers across the country and a talented staff dedicated to training and supporting producers in all areas. Our services have expanded to include managed money, life insurance and more. Collectively, our producers have written over $5.5 Billion in premium while helping thousands of clients to save money in taxes and build stronger financial futures.
