Biography
Joanne started with USA Tax & Insurance Services, Inc. in January of 2005. She greets all of our clients and schedules and confirms appointments for our producers, elder law attorney and tax preparer. She operates our main switchboard, taking calls from both clients and producers. She also assists with seminar preparation and marketing projects as needed, and helps maintain our client database.
Prior to joining our firm, Joanne worked with The Home Shopping Network for 14 yrs in training and also accounts payable in the Finance Department. She is the proud mother of a beautiful little girl.
