Biography
Ruby has worked with USA Tax & Insurance Services, Inc. since 2002. She supports the producers in our office as Seminar Assistant, helps with the administration of Tax Preparation business during tax season and teaches the Administrative Assistant Training in this area. Ruby’s main objective is to help producers and their assistants with questions in any areas of her expertise, so that we might all achieve our highest goals together.
In addition, Ruby is the assistant to Stephen Hand regarding scheduling appointments, conference calls and handling communication. She also assists the event planner with coordination of our Mid-Year Symposium, Annual Education and Awards Conference and other training events as needed.
Prior to working with USA Tax & Insurance Services, Inc., Ruby worked at Gulf Coast Educations Insurance School and William Allen & Associates Insurance. She was born in Florida and has lived here all of her life, and is married with two grown children.
